• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service
• We do not guarantee that listed events will take place as scheduled

The user is responsible for verifying directly with event organizers any critical information before making decisions based on the information shown on the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or third parties for any modification, suspension, or interruption of the Service.

As a personal project, EventMaple may experience periods of downtime or significant changes in functionality without prior notice.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your profile from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
